Free Hug Yoga is born out of practice of yoga in India, where we were living for 4 years. The life changing rendez-vous with practice of searching the truth happened and I m deeply grateful to all who walk with me on the path regardless for how long and with which intensity. Everybody counts, and you are all in my heart. This place is to share with you from near or far.
